Tip on Getting Pregnant – Quality Sex

One essential tip on getting pregnant which you should take into consideration is about the quality of your sexual act or how you can practice quality sex with your spouse. I am going to explain what quality sex is all about. May be you have practice it already, but I would just to remind you about the elements of quality sex related to getting pregnant in particular.

Perfect timing. Having sex is something spontaneous. This means that any time will be okay since the desire may arouse anytime. It is very natural for a couple to get excited when they are together and have sex whatever the situation is. A lot of couples have sex even in a hurry, while they are about to go to the office. This is reality.

Thus you can have it any time you wish. But if it comes to getting pregnant, there is a best time to do it which will provide you the highest possibility to get pregnant. This is the time where you are at the most fertile condition during your period.

It is the time when ovulation occurs, which is the release of a mature egg (ovum) and being captured by the edge of the Fallopian tube where it starts to travel along the tube towards the uterus to meet the champion sperm and gets fertilized.

The highest possibility for the egg to get fertilized is around the estimation date of ovulation. This would be the best time to have sex. The recommended time to have sex to get pregnant is ranging from 3 to 5 days before and after ovulation.

Or in other words, a woman with a normal 28-day cycle, the best tome to have sex starts from the 10th day to the 17th day of the cycle. Some other experts suggest a time range of a week before and after ovulation. During these fertile days, having sex every other day is most appropriate.

Sufficient sperm count. This is one of the essential elements that should be taken into account. Women are often the accused for being infertile and disable to bear a child, while their spouse could be the cause as well. Not only sufficient, but the sperm should be healthy and does not bring any sexual transmitted disease.

Sex frequency. There is no exact formula on how often you should have sex. Having sexual intercourse should be spontaneously and desired by both party. It also depends on the readiness of each party. It is advisable to do sex every other day during your fertile period. A one day break is necessary to provide ample time for your spouse testicles to produce healthy and sufficient amount of sperms.

Physical conditioning. Having sex in a perfect physical condition is one tip to get a quality and satisfying intercourse. It is best to make your self ready to have sex. Take a bath and put a bit body cologne or perfume, so that you are clean and tasty. Washing your self, especially your intimate area before sex is good to keep cleanliness and hygiene and will help you to prevent diseases.

Environmental conditioning. Creating an intimate atmosphere will facilitate an enjoyable sexual intercourse. Soft music, aromatherapy candles, soft lighting are among the kind of things that might elevate your mood to the desired condition to have a satisfying sexual intercourse. Please not that foreplay is also an important act that determines the quality of sex.

Outcome Of Unprotected Sex – STD Babies Left On Church Steps

Gonorrhea – I ask all underage sexually active addicts to stop licking their lollipops and tell me what they know about Gonorrhea. Not familiar with the term then I urge you to find out. Most young people in today`s society claim to know all there is to know about having under age sex, if this be the case then why are doctors treating adolescents in the scores for sexually transmitted diseases or busy delivering unwanted babies, or more alarmingly finding new born infants left in carrier bags on church steps.

Puberty is the period of time when children start to mature biologically, psychologically, socially and cognitively. Girls grow into women and boys into men. Intercourse should not take place when girls are wee lasses and the boys little lads.

The puberty process can take from twelve months up to six years. This time period is when a child`s body takes on those characteristics that define it sexually. Both sexes will at this time notice changes taking place. Adolescence can be a difficult time for some kids, however while you are no longer a child – you are not an adult either, so no passport agreement permitting sex.
Curves forming and breasts growing are signs of puberty in young girls; another regular sign is when a girl starts her period. (Menstruation) Boys we recognise as man when his shoulders broaden, the muscles strengthen and his genitals develop, another is stragglers of pubic hair (12 to 17 years) along with the voice breaking.

It is very important for parents whose child is approaching puberty to sit down and give all the gossip on the birds and bees. By doing this at least you know you tried to put your child on the straight and narrow. Sadly for some parents after turning blue in the face from pointing out the dangers of having unprotected sex are now playing role of nanny and granddad before they turned grey or on a more sadder note burying their child (Untreated STD).

Aside from falling pregnant through having unprotected sex a young ( or old) person is under threat of catching a sexually transmitted disease. Gonorrhea is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae, a bacterium that can grow and breed comfortably in warm clammy areas of the reproductive tract, the cervix,, uterus, fallopian tubes (women) and in the urethra (urine canal) in both sexes. Bacterium is not always static it tends to multiply.

Gonorrhea is a widespread sexually transmitted disease (STD) referred to as the “the clap.” Ignoring the signs of gonorrhea is not recommended; symptoms can get more severe and spread. If this is not treated it can cause “problems” which cause infertility setbacks. Problem types include pelvic inflammatory disease, scarring of the fallopian tubes, ectopic pregnancy and endometriosis. If a pregnant woman is diagnosed with Gonorrhea the unborn child can easily become infected as it passes through the birth canal causing serious complications for the infant.

While it is true this disease chiefly affects the penis and vagina, the bacteria can spread to other parts of the body.

Symptoms to look out for if the throat is infected with gonorrhea are interior mouth sores, also, fever, aches and chills can happen. Symptoms of Gonorrhea in the vagina are normally itchiness of the pubic region particularly in the skin around the vagina. Irritation of the cervix can happen also. Other Gonorrhea symptoms can be occasional abnormal bleeding or discharge, and a burning sensation when peeing.

This bacterium in men will irritate the urethra, which is the hollow tube through which both semen and urine pass. Redness at the tip of the penis is quite common, pain or blood during urination, and discharge from the penis. Swelling of glands in the groin is another symptom.

Never give any condition the chance to fester. This health issue will not go away by itself if left untreated. Treatment is usually a single oral dose of antibiotics, however if you leave it to late then treatment will have to be determined further more because, the gonorrhea has gone further more too.

Condom Talk

If your lover gives you a hard time about wearing a condom, here are some good responses and excellent reasons why you need to use one.

Him: I don’t think condoms are romantic.
Her: Just let me show you how romantic condoms can be.
Him: You don’t trust me, do you?
Her: It’s not a matter of trust; it’s a matter of health.
Him: I don’t like to use condoms.
Her: I don’t have sex without them.
Him: I haven’t had sex with anyone in years so I know I’m clean.
Her: Thanks for being so honest, but let’s use one anyway.
Him: I can’t feel anything when I wear a condom.
Her: Let me provide you with some extra stimulation.
Him: I know I’ll lose my erection by the time I get it on.
Her: Here, let me put it on for you with my mouth.
Him: I’m only going to use a condom this once.
Her: Once is all it takes.
Him: Sorry, I don’t have one.
Her: That’s ok. I do.
Him: How come you have condoms on you? Did you plan to have sex with me?
Her: I made sure I had some because I really care about you.
Him: Forget it. I’m not going to use a condom.
Her: Fine. Then let’s not have sex until we can work out our differences.

Dr. Ava Cadell’s Sexual Consent Form

Who needs it and why use it?

Superstar athletes, actors, rock stars, politicians, even entrepreneurs have groupies that will do just about anything to have sex with them, but can they be trusted? Will they lie about the act being consensual? Could they threaten to sue or worse still, make an accusation about sexual assault? You bet they can! So how can these people who are regularly out of town and away from home, which can lead to loneliness and result in temptation, protect themselves? Condoms can protect from the Std’s and unwanted pregnancy. Another form of protection is to have a signed sexual consent form before having any sex as I described on TV’s Celebrity Justice, CNN , ABC , Fox News and Good Morning America

If you think that a sexual consent form is only for the rich and famous, think again. Even if you have no assets, you need to protect yourself from false accusations because you can lose everything including your personal property, freedom and reputation. There are many other benefits to signing a sexual consent form, including the fact that you literally open up a form of intimate communication prior to rushing into sex. And, ladies the sexual consent form can protect you from being taken advantage of sexually because there is an -out clause- that stipulates that if you say the words -Code Red,- your partner must stop immediately. I chose this phrase because the words -No- and -Stop- have been used all too frivolously in our society and unfortunately, they are not always taken seriously. By using the sexual consent form with an FDA approved condom, you could protect yourself legally and sexually.
Benefits of a Sexual Consent Form
– I created it so that there will be no confusion or miscommunication as far as sexual consent is concerned.
– It protects men from conniving women who may bring false charges of sexual misconduct for financial gain.
– Even men who have no assets need to protect themselves from false accusations because they can lose everything that is dearest to them. Property, freedom and their reputation.
– This form is actually a way for the man to ask for permission to have sex with the woman.
– Women should NOT sign it if they do not trust the man are not ready for intimacy.
– It can be a form of foreplay before you get to the bedroom since you get to talk about sex before rushing into it. Great communication.
– The woman can select which sexual activities she wants to indulge in.
– -No- & -Stop- has been used frivolously, playfully and teasingly & is not taken seriously anymore. The phrase Code Red will not be mistaken for anything other than -high alert- hands off, you’ve gone too far. A similar ‘Out Clause’ is used in consensual bondage.
– Code Red is an alert that means stop because I am having physical or emotional problems. He must stop instantly.
– Any contract is contestable, even a prenuptial or Will. But if I were accused, I would rather go to court with it than without it. It would be admissible and relevant as evidence of consent if signed by the alleged victim.
– It’s a great way to keep tabs on how many sex partners you’ve had.
– This is not a rape tool. On the contrary, I believe that it will prevent rape. A rapist is less likely to use a sexual consent form.
– As for the argument that a woman can be forced into signing it, I contend that a handwriting expert could probably identify a forced signature.
– There is never a guarantee that someone will NOT take advantage of you sexually, emotionally or physically. The best line of defence is always to be cautious and listen to your gut instincts. Never do anything that you do not want to do!

Is Oral Sex really Sex?
It is ridiculous to view oral sex as -not sex.- It’s just as intimate as sexual intercourse, so why would you engage in oral sex with someone you wouldn’t want to have intercourse with? Well, I’ll tell you why. It all started in 1998 when then President Bill Clinton stated publicly, -I did not have sexual relations with that woman- even though he had repeatedly received oral sex from his intern, Monica Lewinsky. Now there is the growing problem of defining what sex really is. In the minds of many teenagers, oral sex isn’t really sex. They seem to think they can stay virgins by engaging in oral sex because their hymen isn’t broken. That’s like saying, you can have anal sex and remain a virgin. Technically, it’s true, but theoretically and emotionally it’s not. Some guys also think they aren’t cheating when they have oral sex with another woman because they can’t get her pregnant. Giving and receiving oral sex is one of the most intimate and erotic acts that can be exchanged within a loving adult relationship and yes, it is sex!
Oral sex isn’t a safe sex activity

Although oral sex is safer than vaginal and anal sex, it is still possible to contract Std’s. The bottom line is that oral sex should be avoided if the giver has any sores or bleeding gums in the mouth. Even if he or she has just brushed or flossed their teeth, it can cause microscopic scratches in the lining of the mouth that makes one vulnerable to infection. Because of this, doctors advise the use of condoms for fellatio (flavored condoms are best) and the use of female condoms, dental dams or kitchen plastic wrap) for cunnilingus.

Better to be safe than sorry

Many people are unclear on the risks associated with oral sex. Unprotected oral sex carries a lesser risk for the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases (Std’s) than unprotected intercourse or anal penetration, but there’s still a risk for both the giver and the receiver of oral sex. First let’s look at how to avoid these contagious Std’s by practicing safer sex.

Safer Sex Supplies

If you love yourself, you must protect yourself. Ladies, there’s no reason why you can’t enjoy the eroticism of oral sex and practice safer sex at the same time. Even if you’re in a monogamous relationship, you’ll want to have some of the safer sex supplies around to help you add more pleasure, persity and spontaneity to your oral sex adventures.

Female Condoms

Reality Condoms are the most well known, but they recently changed their name to FC Female Condoms. Femidom is another brand of female condoms. Most female condoms work the same way. They’re made of polyurethane (stronger than latex), are hypo-allergenic, heat conductive, and odorless. They are a soft, loose-fitting sheath specifically designed to protect women from pregnancy and Std’s by lining the inside of her vagina. Read the instructions before inserting it because if you don’t insert it correctly, it’s like not using protection at all. The female condom has to go deep inside the vagina and over the cervix.

Dental Dams

Aptly named because they are used by dentists to isolate a tooth. Dental dams come in various sizes and flavors. Made of ultra think latex, these square shaped barriers allow good sensations for oral sex. Sheer Glyde Dams are FDA approved for protection against Std’s for cunnilingus and rimming. The best way to use a dam is for the giver to mark the -mouth- side of the dam with a marker so that they knows which side to lick, then apply a couple of drops of lubricant on the other side, press the dam against her vulva with two hands and enjoy.

Latex Gloves and Finger Cots

Good oral sex involves the hands as well as the mouth. There’s nothing more exciting than orally pleasing a woman’s clitoris and fingering her vagina or anus simultaneously. By using latex gloves and or finger cots (think of them as mini condoms for your fingers) you can increase erotic sensations and protect the receiver from jagged fingernails, cuts, germs or viral Std’s such as herpes, which can be spread by skin-to-skin contact.

Lubricants

We all know, -wetter is better.- But, which lube is best? It can be very confusing because there are so many to choose from including, odorless, tasteless, water soluble lubricants with a lightconsistency and without Nonoxynol-9 spermicide. Here are some favorites: Wet Light, Astroglide, ForePlay Personal Gel, Aqua Lube, Sensua Organics and Probe Silky Light.

What Stds can I get from Oral Sex?
The following list of Std’s is the most contagious and common when it comes to performing and receiving oral sex on a person. While no one knows exactly what the degree of risk is, to ensure safeties make sure that no cuts or lesions are present in the mouth or on the genitals. Protect yourself and your partner by using a barrier to avoid the contact of bodily fluids that may result in catching a sexually transmitted disease.

Herpes is a virus that causes sporadic flare-ups of painful blisters, usually around the mouth and or genitals. Herpes can hop from mouth to mouth and from mouth to genitals through the mucous membranes and skin. It can be spread by hand to vagina or hand to anus contact. Since Herpes is such a common virus, you can get a prescription drug called Valtrex.

Genital Warts are similar to Herpes in that they are a virus that remains in your system for life. They are spread in the same way through skin to skin and mucous membrane contact. The warts have to be removed surgically by laser and the bad news is that they may reoccur anyway.

Gonorrhea is a serious bacterial Std that can be spread through unprotected oral-vaginal contact. Symptoms may not show, but vaginal burning, discharge and pelvic pain are common warning signs. The good news is that antibiotics do work, but they must be taken for weeks.

Syphilis is a severe bacterial Std that can also be spread through unprotected oral-vaginal contact, especially if there is a sore present on the mouth or her vagina. Syphilis can be deadly if it isn’t cured in the first couple of stages. The first visible sign and stage is the sore at the entrance of the vagina; the second sign is a body rash. Fortunately, Penicillin can cure Syphilis in these early stages. However, the third stage attacks the nervous system and debilitates the heart. Medications have limited success if left untreated.

Crabs and pubic lice are tiny creatures that gravitate towards the pubic hair where they live. They can be spread from one infested person to another. Symptoms include itching, swollen lymph glands and a mild fever.

Hepatitis A is a dangerous virus that can be transmitted by rimming or analingus (licking or penetrating the anal opening with your tongue). Other rimming risks include anal herpes, anal warts, internal parasites and even HIV. Hepatitis A can be prevented by getting a hepatitis A shot. In some cases hepatitis infection can cause muscle ache, fever, loss of appetite, headaches or dizziness.

Hepatitis B can be a life-threatening virus transmitted from sexual contact or contaminated needles. It’s found in blood and other body fluids, such as semen, vaginal secretions and the breast of a lactating woman. It’s possible to contract Hepatitis B when performing unprotected oral sex, especially when fluids from a carrier enter your body through a cut or sore in your mouth. Symptoms of Hepatitis B are fever, abdominal pain, jaundice and in some cases liver disease. There is no known cure, but it can be prevented with a vaccine.

Hepatitis C is the most deadly of all the hepatitis diseases. It is transmitted exclusively through direct blood contact so the receiver of oral sex must be menstruating, and the person going down on her must have a cut or sore on his mouth. There is no known cure or vaccine for hepatitis C at this time. Symptoms include the same as for A and B, plus dark urine, light stool colors, yellow eyes or skin and tenderness of the liver area.

HIV/AIDS can be fatal when the blood, semen, vaginal secretions or breast milk of an infected person enters another person’s bloodstream through a cut, sore or blood vessel. If you perform oral sex on a menstruating partner, you could be at risk. Even if you have recently flossed or brushed your teeth, it’s possible that you cut your gums and you could be at risk. HIV doesn’t have any immediate warning signs so it’s possible to have the virus for years and transmit it to others. The first symptoms of AIDS are weight loss, night sweats, pneumonia and other illnesses related to a low immune system. There is no known cure or vaccine for AIDS, but combinations of medications can slow the virus down.
How to properly put on a male condom
Prepare: Always check your condom for an expiration date, throw it out if it is expired. Also, make sure to store condoms in a cool place, such as a desk drawer, never store a condom in your wallet, hot environments (such as in your car) or if it has been washed or dried by accident. Don’t hesitate to get a new condom if you have any doubts.

The penis must be erect in order to put on the condom. Do not attempt to put a condom on if the penis is limp.

Opening: Be careful when opening the package, condoms can rip very easily. Feel free to use your teeth, in a sexy manner, but be careful.
If the man’s penis is not circumcised, be sure to pull the foreskin back first.

The condom should be right side out. Make sure to unroll the condom slightly at first in order to check which direction it is unrolling in. Slip it over the head of the penis; moving downward (it should unroll easy). (Hint: try putting the condom on with your mouth, watch your teeth.)

It is important that you hold the top half inch of the condom between your thumb and forefinger when you roll it down. This will leave space for when your man ejaculates.

Roll down the condom as far as it will allow, it should reach the base of the penis.

In the case of anal intercourse (remember: always use a condom during anal intercourse, even if you cannot get pregnant) use a lot of lubricant, the anal region is not naturally lubricated and can tear more easily than the vagina. For intercourse, a water-based lubricant is best. Always apply lubricant after the condom has been put on, a condom could easily slip off of a lubricated penis. Apply lubricant as often as needed, dry condoms break more easily.

For Men: make sure that when you pull out, you continue to hold the condom in place at the base of the penis. If possible, pull out while your penis is still erect. It is imperative that you remove the condom only after you are completely out of your partner’s vagina.

Once you have safely removed the condom, throw it away immediately, a condom can be used once, and only once. In the case of anal intercourse, make sure you use an entirely new condom, never switch from vaginal to anal intercourse with the same condom. A man should never ejaculate in the same condom twice, and should also never wear a condom that somebody else has already used.

Also, remember never to use more than one condom at a time. -Doubling Up- only increases the chances of the condom breaking.

Male Reproductive System Anatomy – Sex Organ of Men

The reproductive organ in men is more visible than women. Men mostly concerned about sex and not on knowing about their organs. To make your sex organ function well, you should know the anatomy of the reproductive system.

The penis is made up of a long shaft and a sensitive head, called glans. The glans has an opening in it. This is the opening of the urethra, a narrow tube which performs two functions – one of carrying urine from the bladder and the other of carrying the semen from the vas deferens – the tube which leads from the testes. But it never performs both the functions at the same times. A small muscle closes off the entrance to the bladder during erection so that no urine and semen at the same time.

The shaft is covered with loose, wrinkly darkish skin which extends over tip to from the foreskin. The head is studded with a mass of nerve ending which make it the most sensitive part of the penis. The whole of the rim where the head joins the shaft is capable of providing some very pleasant sensations.

On the underside of the shaft is a delicate area the ferrum. Even the lightest touch to this part is enough to produce an erection. The sexual function of the penis is to penetrate the vagina and inject sperm. It is also the urinary outlet. Generally it remains flaccid but at the time of erection, it becomes erect and engorged with blood.

Erection increases the length and girth of the male organ. Normally the male organ hangs limply downward, but in its erect state it points horizontally outward or slightly upwards at an angle. A penis has no muscles and bones along its length, just a ring of muscles around the base which tightens during sexual excitement and helps to keep it erect.

The loose wrinkled skin which hangs down behind the penis and which contains the testes is called the scrotum. It has slightly coarse and hairy skin. The testes produce sperms and testosterone, the hormone responsible for the libido. The testes can only produce sperms at a temperature of 35 C, which is 2 C cooler than the temperature inside our body. Each testis contains tiny coiled tube. Sperms are made inside these tubes from puberty until well into old age.

When a man ejaculates, replacement sperms are made in these testes. When a man ejaculates, sperms are squeezed through these tubes and out. Almost 400 million sperms are carried in a teaspoonful of semen that comes out.

Premature Ejaculation Remedy in a Tube

One form of premature ejaculation remedy comes in a tube. It is essentially a “numbing agent” or “desensitizing cream” marketed towards individuals suffering from premature ejaculation. There are also condoms which have the cream already layered inside the condom. The pro’s and con’s of using such desensitizing creams and condoms are:

Pro’s: If you are desperately seeking a premature ejaculation remedy and are looking for a “quick fix”, this could be your temporary solution. It can work in two ways: Mentally you’ll be more confident knowing you have a remedy that will work for you and hence you’ll be more confident going into any sexual intimacy situation. Physically you won’t be feeling the usual strong stimulation that makes one over excited. Since the feeling will be greatly diminished, you will be able to last much, much longer during sex.

Con’s: The most obvious con in using creams as a premature ejaculation remedy is your own enjoyment level will be diminished. For much of the sexual intimacy you won’t be feeling much. And once there becomes a leveling off of the cream you’ll be faced dealing with quick ejaculation all over again. There is also the risk on not being able to ejaculate altogether if the cream is too strong and no sensation whatsoever can be felt.

So whats the answer? Well, using a cream can be a decent way to “get by” in your sexual activity while you are actively seeking out and practicing better, more effective long term solutions where you won’t have to rely on creams or other aids. Mastering control on your own and having sex for as long as you want can indeed be accomplished with the right instruction and practice. In the meantime a tube of cream may be kept nearby, if the moment presents itself and you haven’t yet finished your lasting longer research and practice in a more permanent premature ejaculation remedy.

Available in as many different varieties as there are types of people in the world, you can watch everything from very basic, “soft porn” as it is called to more graphic and experimental types of adult films. Sensual and erotic imagery is both visually and mentally arousing and may even plant an idea or two in your minds for what you would like to try with one another. Rather than being something that only single men watch in the dark, by themselves, while they masturbate, adult films are actually a really effective type of foreplay for many married couples.

Many couples may secretly want to watch an adult film together, but are hesitant because they are afraid to suggest it to their mate. For some women, there is a fear that their husband will find the women on film more attractive than they find them. For some men, there is concern that their wives may be turned off or find fault with their arousal. The reality is that watching adult films together can be a real bonding experience. It may take several tries to find a particular genre of adult film that works for you both, but in most cases, just the simple act of being “naughty” and watching other people getting physical is enough to start something fun for the married couple watching.

If you and your spouse have decided to watch an adult sex video together, then you should discuss what kinds of films are “OK” and which ones are “off limits”. For instance, your spouse may be uncomfortable watching a film that depicts more than one partner at a time. The object of watching an adult sex video together is to get one another turned on, not turned off, so be sensitive to one another’s preferences. One of the benefits of watching a sex video together is that you may get ideas for positions to try out. Also, having the noise in the background may also help lower your spouse’s inhibitions when it comes to expressing their pleasure vocally.

If you are looking for an easy way to improve your marriage sex life, watching adult sex videos together is a great way to start. Sit back, relax, pop in a video and let nature take its course. You may find that you are having the hottest sex of your marriage, in no time flat!

Sex Videos – How to Keep it Hot in the Bedroom So You Can Rest Better

If you have ever had a bout of insomnia, did you consider sex videos as a remedy? No? Why not? Sex is considered one of the best tools to battle insomnia. It’s also considered one of the most fun antidotes! Sex videos can play a major role in fighting sleeplessness by exciting your libido and allowing you to enjoy some pleasurable and satisfying sex just before slipping into a restful and restorative sleep cycle. Sex videos are great for spicing up your sex life, so they really can serve a dual purpose. Fun and sleep, they sound like a pretty good pair, right?

Sleeplessness can be dangerous to your health both physically and mentally and using sex videos to crank up your experience in the sack can really help reduce harmful effects due to insomnia. Besides the obvious negative effects like poor performance at work or school, relationship issues due to surliness, there are some major diseases that can be brought on by lack of sleep. Having sex to help stave off these illnesses sounds like a pretty good solution. The key is the release, or orgasm. That is what brings the body and mind back into a restful and satisfied state, ready to fall asleep.

So, keeping it hot in the bed room becomes important, and watching a sex video or two before bed can really help keep things interesting. It may seem counter intuitive to get excited before going to bed. That’s true if you are exciting your brain through exercise or other stimuli before bed. Sex is the big exception. Even though you are building up endorphins that excite the brain, you eventually release through orgasm, and the brain decompresses. Not so with exercise or say, watching a scary movie. Those activities excite the brain with no release and keep the brain working long after the stimulus is gone. That’s what keeps you up looking at the clock every two minutes.

Great excuse for watching sex videos isn’t it? But it truly is a legitimate one. There are lots of studies that prove conclusively sex is good for sleep and good sex is even better. Sleep is so important for your mental health and physical health, so is sex, and here you have a solution for both problems, sex videos. The best thing about sex videos, you don’t necessarily need a partner to get the job done. Get the drift! Wink! Wink!

How to Market Your Tube Videos

There are two key points of this article; how you can market your YouTube videos and why? We will start with how you can market your videos which are already present on YouTube. Suppose you have made a video related to a specific niche and you have it uploaded and ready for an audience on YouTube. Now you want that audience to arrive and be as big as possible.

Let me assure you that the very first step that you have taken is absolutely wise which is to select YouTube as the home for your video efforts. You might have known that YouTube has good traffic to advertise your video. But it’s again a matter of being found. Therefore on a personal level you may advertise your video by telling your friends, family and colleagues about it. They may search for the title and may even watch it, that is unless you have used this strategy far too often before. Therefore swap it about, talk to them, email them, text them or even send them an image from the video. Just do not harass them or you will become a lonely and moody film producer.

There is another and safer way to advertise your business videos, which is by adding their links to any blog you may own. Just make sure your video is related to that blog. It is a common observation that images and videos are more attractive than text so whoever reaches your blog and begins to read your post will see your video for sure. YouTube allows you to add a few html codes in any blog or post online. Those codes will enable you or any other Internet user to post a video online. This is a common practice in the world of Internet blogging, to add the code for a related YouTube video in the post. If the correct video is selected it can enhance the post, you can of course offer this video to other blog owners whose sites are related to the theme of your video, they will be more than willing to add these links under their blogs as it adds value to their post.

A third way to market your YouTube videos is through message boards. There exists a vast array of message boards related to almost every topic on the Internet. Thus all you have to do is search for a message board which is related to your video title, then post the link there. There are only a few websites/boards which do not allow such links in their posts but most of them have no such issues. Placing these links in your signatures is the best way to do this as it does not appear too pushy and allows you to add value to the site in the comments box. As your comments get reviews from members; they may see your video and you could get feedback from visitors about how to improve your work.

Now comes the part why you should market your videos. Well, you must have got some idea that marketing is to achieve popularity. The more your products or business are being viewed by people, the more your profile rises and thus many will contact you and your business. YouTube itself will attract many viewers to your website through your videos and you are now aware of some free methods to advertise your videos. So if you think that you are not getting enough viewers on YouTube, spread the link on message boards and blogs all over the web and get that traffic that you deserve.
